Boat Storage Yard

The Brickyard boat yard is a resident amenity with its own eligibility rules and fees.

Boat storage is available only to qualifying Brickyard property owners in good standing. It is not included in regular HOA dues and requires a separate annual sublease fee.

  • Location: behind the soccer field and tennis courts near the front of Brickyard
  • Capacity: 186 spaces
  • Maximum overall length: 30 feet including boat, motor, and trailer
  • Access: fenced, well-lit, cameras, and locked gates

Eligibility

  • Property owner in good standing with the POA
  • Current South Carolina registration in the owner’s name with a Brickyard address
  • Boat and watercraft storage only
  • RVs, campers, and commercial vehicles are not allowed in the boat storage area
